10 deadlifts 135#

10 pushups

10 box jumps

10 knees 2 elbows

5 kettle bell clean and press. (5 each left and right)

  1. This sucked, but after a long day with much on my mind– it was perfect. I couldn’t think about anything other than finishing the workout.
