10 weighted Lunges (each leg) 70#

The jumpimg squats hurt

  1. This workout was brutal. Hit a wall towards the end; proud I finished. Great job Jillian and Mindi.

  2. Jumping squats AND lunges?! This was a tough one, but felt great!
